My sister and I left the sea turtle walk late last night hungry but because we are not from the area, we had no idea where to go. While driving around we could see most places were closed except for Ichabod’s Beachside Bar & Grill. We stopped in and are so glad we did! My burger was the BEST! First time here ordering food. Erica is a wonderful bartender. She is very friendly and personable. I ordered the full plate of nachos minus the sour creme and it was fantastic. I get one cheat meal a week and they need to count, so it's always a risk trying something new. Needless to say, I was quite impressed. I look forward to coming back and trying other things on the menu.

I haven't visited the place in years but I was road tripping so why not. The food was very good and the staff were friendly. Interesting mix of locals and tourists add to the vibe. As I was leaving, in the parking lot, I received a thank you from a staff member who offered me a hit off a joint, I accepted and I was on my way. I will definitely be back...good time.

I came here with my family and we loved it! Our server Gina was so nice and we loved meeting her! All of the staff was so great including the guy who brought us our food! Speaking of the food, the salads and dressings were delicious and very large! The Cod dish was outstanding.. we were all fighting over it and pouring the broth on our sides it was sooo good! I really enjoyed the chicken sandwich with ham and pineapple and Hawaiian sauce. Ate the whole thing and licked my fingers lol. The vibes of this place are awesome, great views, great people! Will be back!

I typically love this place. Great view. Good food. but.... we were charged 25.00 for a drink. It was with a specialty rum I believe that my host ordered. I'm not sure where everyone gets off charging this much for a cocktail, but typically we get charged this way once and never return. We had this at Goombay's where they charged us for asking for pickles for a smashburger. Ask for charges before you order.

What a wonderful hidden gem. Just slightly off the beaten path, on the calm waters with many beautiful boats docked. I could obviously see the outside atmosphere was fabulous ~ but inside is just as fun. Service is exceptional. Prices a little high but food is delicious and ya know what ~ you get what you pay for and here it’s a lot. Great food, fantastic atmosphere, wonderful service. The vibes was good in this place. It feels like a place in the Keys and if you read any of my reviews you know that I am all about that type of lifestyle. They even have Carib beer - maybe Stag will be brewing something soon!Let me get into this review before I go on a tangent and start writing about some place else. Nice atmosphere - hang more stuff in the ceiling, more fish, fish net with crabs, boat buoy, get a mermaid and more crazy stuff. Nevertheless I like the place, situated on the water with the boats as the backdrop, great location, very romantic.Service was also good and timely but she took the DRINK menu, when you are a a bar restaurant you are there to have a few drinks so leave the drink menu I had to call a different server just for another menu, still not a big deal or a game changer.Food - My wife ordered the fish grilled with Jerk (i believe). Listen to me when I say this because I was not expecting it. The DAMN fish was 5 STARZ. Delicious, tender and well cooked, the steamed veg (basic) but also seasoned pretty good. My cod was with the garlic something something shallots something. It was perfectly cooked. I am going to say it - I love garlic but this was a bit over the top on the garlic. So I used minimal of the sauce and it worked out well.Overall, this was a very good romantic spot to that dinner and a few drinks.Price was not cheap but it was not too expensive either for a good quality meal. Definitely a revisit place.

First time visiting this cute little place right on the water. The bartender made a great dirty Martini. All locals in this place talked to a couple who gave their advice on the menu selection.we shared the conch fritters which were very tasty an the grilled shrimp app.if you love fish this is the place to get it glad we found this little gem in Melbourne. We will definitely go back for a visit.
